COVID/Flu precautions

General guidelines for the Travis County Sheriff's Brown Santa Program intend to be implemented during the 2025 year. Restrictions may need to be further increased if infection rates increase or if additional restrictions are required by the State or County at the time of operation. All volunteers are required to to be scheduled prior to the arrival time. Walk-ins will not be allowed this year. Mask are optional at the warehouse. Please do not attend if you are not feeling well. Volunteer Opportunities

Brown Santa begins signing up volunteers on Oct. 1 of each year. Volunteer opportunities include gift wrapping, book/toy sorting, packing food boxes, and other duties as needed. Groups, families, and individuals are welcome. This is a fun and family-oriented experience!

The Warehouse will be closed on Nov. 27th and 28th for the Thanksgiving holiday and on Dec. 13th and 14th for deliveries.
VOLUNTEER request
We provide community service opportunities for schools, scout organizations, business organizations, etc., that require documented hours of service.
